Do not use this app scam ordered trainers after month got in contact with them i was asked for 1st 4 numbers on card and last 4 numbers and photo id before they would send my order which i didnt send after a few emails and demanding my money back i got it refunded my advice do not order anything from them scammers

Can anyone tell me about this App. Because I ordered a pair of shoes last dec. 15 2016 and still now I didn't recieve my order?

Anyone noticed how the insole app and the lacen app are exactly the same, very sketchy

THE KEY TO THIS PRODUCT is getting the right size for your shoe heel. Before purchasing this set, I purchased SoleMates in the Classic size. It was too big for my heel and after the first few steps it was already off and stuck in the grass. I think SoleMates comes in 3 different sizes, so be sure to order the one that is right for your shoes! Actually, its great to have all sizes so you can use them with lots of different shoes :) Enjoy!

I ordered two pairs of sneakers from this app. Only received one. A pair of Jordans. Looks and smells like they painted them themselves. Not authentic at all. Ive tried contacting them by the only form of contact they have. Email. To return and get my refund. And havent received a response. Its been two days already. I will be returning the next pair as well. If they even come. Smh.

Guy these people are in China!! The shoes are fake! And they secretly take you money with your credit card info!!!!!!

This app is a scam dont buy your shoes from here I bought 3 pairs on this app and I didnt even receive them yet its been three months they keep telling me track the package or its coming in a day or two...dont waste your time its a scam people

The telephone number isnt even a number in service, has to be fake.

This app is not a fake! I got my shoes in about 3 weeks and they came and were in the box and authentic!

Dont buy anything!
