THE KEY TO THIS PRODUCT is getting the right size for your shoe heel. Before purchasing this set, I purchased SoleMates in the Classic size. It was too big for my heel and after the first few steps it was already off and stuck in the grass. I think SoleMates comes in 3 different sizes, so be sure to order the one that is right for your shoes! Actually, its great to have all sizes so you can use them with lots of different shoes :) Enjoy!

Some bad moments

Do not use this app scam ordered trainers after month got in contact with them i was asked for 1st 4 numbers on card and last 4 numbers and photo id before they would send my order which i didnt send after a few emails and demanding my money back i got it refunded my advice do not order anything from them scammers

Can anyone tell me about this App. Because I ordered a pair of shoes last dec. 15 2016 and still now I didn't recieve my order?

Anyone noticed how the insole app and the Lacen app are exactly the same, very sketchy

I ordered two pairs of sneakers from this app. Only received one. A pair of Jordans. Looks and smells like they painted them themselves. Not authentic at all. Ive tried contacting them by the only form of contact they have. Email. To return and get my refund. And havent received a response. Its been two days already. I will be returning the next pair as well. If they even come. Smh.

Everytime i try to get on the app it starts loading but never seems to finish loading up for some reason

I just used this app and I hope everything works out. My only concerns is that there are no reviews.
